| In May and early June, the Pavilion Sestig in Deurle becomes the home of an artistic showcase. Glenn Sestig has collaborated with Modern Shapes Gallery to creatively juxtapose Spanish artist Enric Mestre’s seemingly austere geometric pieces with the concrete shapes and textures of Sestig’s modernist home. The result, comprising 20 pieces by Mestre, is poetic and synergetic, drawing parallels and inspiring a dialogue between sculpture and architecture, softness and structure.
